In a very compressed time frame, Paula digested the features we liked in each of the houses we viewed and found us the perfect one (under construction) that had everything we were looking for. We weren't serious buyers yet but wanted to check out the inventory in our town of Franklin. We met Peter Noble there and after listening to our thoughts, he invited us to check out a property the next day. We liked Peter (still do!) and spent the next few weeks with him looking at potential houses all over town.
